Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive initial evaluations and ongoing progress assessments

• Develop, design, and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment and rehabilitation programs
• Deliver goal-directed therapy while monitoring and documenting patient progress accurately and timely

Supervise, support, and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants and PT technicians

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare providers to direct and optimize patient care
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, and patient-centered clinic culture to ensure optimal outcomes
