Cortney has always felt a draw to the this field of medicine. Through her own experiences with injuries and love of sports, she has made exercise and wellness a priority of hers. She graduated from BYU with a degree in Exercise science and later attended Myotherapy to become an LMT. She now enjoys treating patients through therapeutic massage and Crossfitting in her free time. By looking at the whole person and all the moving parts involved, she hopes to find the root cause of people’s issues. In doing this she hopes to provide lasting results that will help her clients not only get relief, but to improve their quality of life, prevent further injury, promote longevity and help them reach their potential in any and everything they do.
